ABOUT KARI

Kari Enge is a social impact founder with experience building companies in the USA and Europe. As the founder of The Do Business Better School, she helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs ditch outdated tactics and achieve success using the latest neuroscience-backed strategies.

Her Simply Sustainable System integrates Lean principles with nervous system regulation to help founders sharpen focus, optimize actions, and minimize stress—enabling them to scale their businesses sustainably without compromising their well-being or personal lives.

Kari’s keynotes and workshops are inspirational yet practical. Her goal for every audience is that they come away with a major mindset shift and tangible tools for implementing change.

With a background in Hospitality Management and Business Administration, Kari’s transition from corporate burnout to purpose-driven entrepreneurship shapes her neuroscience-based coaching philosophy. Having collaborated with founders from 40+ nationalities and traveled to 35+ countries, she thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
